W.M. Hague Company
was founded in 1959 to provide test and measurement  instrumentation to the electronics industry. In the mid 1970's, the company began to specialize in automated test systems. These systems were generally computerized and required in depth support for manufacturing applications. Prompt service support was needed in order to ensure that manufacturing uptime requirements would be met. As a result, application engineering support, custom programming and field service support departments were established. Adjunct services of fixture manufacturing, service testing, and spare parts warehousing were added to ensure customers of complete, prompt, efficient support.

To date the W. M. Hague Company has provided and supported more than 250 test systems at more than 100 customer sites throughout North America. Among some of the company's milestones were:

Sale of the first electronic interconnect test system
Sale of the first fully automated PCB test system in N. America
Sale of the first programmable algorithmic pattern generator for
testing semiconductor memories - the Intel 1101 and 1103

Sale of the first non-contact TRL test system for ultra fine pitch
interconnect test applications.
